Introduction 
TH Type Bucket EPT is a kind of continuous vertical lifting equipment with chain type bucket to process bulk material. It is mainly used for lifting bulk material and crushed material with the property of low hardness. It is widely used in power, chemistry, metallurgy, building material, light industry, grain, mining and etc. The lifted material with the temperature under 250ºC. It has the features of high capacity, reliable working, small area needed, high lifting height and easy maintenance. In the driving system, it has the high reliable non-return structure to prevent temporary power off or EPT fault causing shut off under the loading condition to make drive and lifting hopper return moving to cause fault.
Features:
1. High capacity. The capacity is 1 times higher than the HL bucket elevator in the same bucket width.
2. Adopt packaged sprocket, consisted of wheel body, sprocket rim which are connected by high strength bolt. It is convenient to unscrew the bolt and change sprocket rim after the sprocket wheel wear to a certain degree, which can save material, reduce the maintenance costs.
3. The heavy-duty lever tensioning device makes automatic tension be realized. Once installed, no need to adjust, and it can keep constant tension, ensure the normal operation and avoid the skid or take off the chain.
4. Stable lifting height, reliable operation, low noise, easy maintenance.
5. The conveying capacity of improved model is 30% higher than normal models.
6. The drag part is high strength low alloy steel chain whose lifetime is long. After proper heat treatment, the steel chain has very high tensile strength and wears resistance.

Q: Terms of Payment:
A:30% of the total amount by TT as deposit, the balance to be paid by TT or L/C at sight before the machines leaving seller’ factory.
100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
 Q:Time for preparation of goods:
A:The above machines shall be ready for delivery during 45 days from the date of receiving the deposit/LC, excluding the time of waiting for shipment. If there is any delay of delivery caused by seller, 3‰ of the total amount shall be paid to buyer each day, but this amount shall not exceed the amount of deposit; if the delay is caused by buyer, 3‰ of the total amount shall be paid to seller each day, but this amount shall not exceed 10% of total value of machines.       
 Q:Guarantee period:
   A:The guarantee period for the above machines is twelve months from the date of putting into use, but not exceeds twenty-four months after the machines leaving seller’s factory. It is not applicable for quick wear parts.

3.1 Design of production line and solutions according to buyer’s requirement.
3.2 In 7 days after the receipt of deposit, the seller shall provide related technical documents for equipment installation, in addition to those with special requirements.
3.3 Before delivery, the seller can modify the previous solutions according to buyer’s requirement.   
4.After-sales service
4.1 During the installation and commissioning, the seller shall send technician to the site for instruction of installation and commissioning, and for training of workers.
4.2 If there is any equipment failure caused by the buyer, the seller shall assi EPT the maintenance of machines and replacement of fittings, and charges appropriate fees.
4.3 Beyond the guarantee period, the seller can provide services and fittings at a mo EPT preferential price. 
4.4The seller can provide consultation and inspection services freely for EPT products, especially for the up-stream and down-stream products of our equipment.
