We can serve samples and accept fully prepayment only . 50% advance is needed for bulk purchase and balance before shipment .Paypal, Western Union, T/T are all accepted.
4.Delivery
Samples in stock can be delivered within 7 days and customized samples within 30 days. Delivery date for bulk order depends on quantity.
5.Feedback and after-sale service 
Any problems in using are welcome to be informed ! Our technician will give you professional advise . We will give you free maintenance within 24 months if the flaws are the result of production .

A: Please give us the key parameters of the motor. Here are some important specifications we need : holding torque, physical size (diameter ,length etc.),  voltage, current etc. Feel free to contact us and give the information, we are very glad to help you if you are confused in selection.
 
Q: If I need a special motor , can you manufacture?
A: Certainly, you can. If you want to replace a motor in an existing application,please send us a drawing or sample and we can help you find a suitable replacement. Or, you can contact us and describe your application, our engineers will work together with you to find a solution tailor-made for you.
 
Q: Do you have any products in stock? Can I order samples first? 
A: We stock many of our standard models. If you would like to test a sample first, we are glad to send some your way. Of course we do not stock specialized motors. If you have special needs, please let us know and we will try our best to send you samples as soon as possible.
  
Q: How long should I expect the lead-time/delivery to be?
A:  If you are ordering samples of standard models, we can usually have them shipped and delivered within 15 days by air. When requesting custom motors, please allow us a 4-5 week lead-time.
 
Q: How are your products delivered?
A: We are very flexible with shipping and have dealings with most major courier services around the world. When placing an order, simply provide us a shipping address and contact information, we will handle the rest. If there is a forwarder or courier you prefer to use, just let us know and we will accommodate.
